Returns
We want you to love your Nūrain piece from the moment you open the box. If, for any reason, it’s not quite right, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible, your piece must be in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
To begin a return, please fill out the "contact us" form on our website. We will follow-up with you directly and review the return. If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label (for eligible regions) and detailed instructions on sending your piece back to us. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Within North America (USA, Canada, and Mexico): Return shipping is covered by Nūrain.

Outside North America: Clients are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damages and Issues
Every piece is inspected with care before leaving our studio, but if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can make it right without delay.
Non-Returnable Items
Because of their personal and bespoke nature, custom-made and made-to-order pieces, including engraved designs, are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your piece, the fastest method is to return it for approval and place a new order for your desired item once the return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
